Playing as a winger in this one, Tomek is a dynamic, high-end skater whose acceleration and top-end speed are legitimate weapons that already translate to the professional level. He is a strong backwards skater with solid pivots, excellent change-of-direction ability, and the agility to stop and restart quickly. While his skating can occasionally lead to moments of lost control, his ability to generate separation is a standout attribute. He is a confident puck handler with good hand-eye coordination and the ability to maintain possession at high speeds.

Offensively, he shows good instincts, creates zone entries through his skating and puck skill, and understands how to find space around the net. He is also a smart power-play option, scanning the ice well and demonstrating good awareness in possession. Developing into a more consistent shooting threat would add another dimension to his offensive game.

He competes and generally plays a responsible game, but his current lack of size and strength presents some questions about how he will handle the physical demands of the next level. He is very lean and can be tentative around contact, particularly in board battles, where stronger opponents may be able to disrupt his possession and limit his effectiveness. Adding strength, improving his ability to protect the puck under pressure, and becoming more assertive physically will be important steps in his development. His skating gives him a strong foundation, and his offensive instincts and puck skills provide encouraging upside. If he can develop physically while maintaining his speed and improving his shooting threat, he has the potential to grow into an effective top-six forward.
